Olga Espinosa, Vice President of Engineering

Before entering the insurance field Olga worked as a Professional Engineer with a background in chemical and technology engineering and mathematics. Olga has spent almost 15 years in this industry as an industrial and operations engineer, she knows it inside and out. She has worked for Uniroyal and various technology companies in the Silicon Valley, she brings first-hand knowledge to the table.  She earned a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research and earned her Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from St. Mary's University. Continuing to add to her more than 10 years of insurance experience, she combines her technical and business skills to provide consistent and fair coverage to all insureds throughout the customer lifecycle. As a highly experienced engineer she works closely with our underwriters and insured’s to ensure that insurance carriers provide a quality quote at the right terms to ensure ultimate suitability.
